How we prepare participants for your employment opportunity:

Participants receive training on how the labour market and job search process works in Canada, and are coached on effective resume and interview skills

Participants access technical training to introduce them to Canadian practices and profession-specific information (software skills, legislation, etc.)

Participants attend workshops and individual coaching sessions to increase their knowledge of Canadian workplace culture and norms
How we help employers onboard, integrate and retain new hires:

We orient the participant to the workplace by meeting with them and your team to prepare them for their new role

We work closely with hiring managers to mitigate any concerns and coach the participant for ongoing success in the workplace
